  2. By opting in to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from Mammoth Mechanical. The types of messages you may receive include:

    • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
    • Service notifications and status updates on work performed at your home
    • Seasonal maintenance reminders and HVAC system alerts
    • Account, billing, and payment notifications
    • Promotional offers, discounts, and special announcements

  4. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
